We integrated an external data source - Salesforce this time - into Google BigQuery. The integration was made possible through a number of custom made solutions and scripts that combine a number of Google Cloud products.

Backup solution for Hebe's BigQuery
An automatic backup is done every 7 days, without a need of human triggers. Hebe is protected in case of a catastrophic failure, but since the backup is automatically removed after 30 days, the solution remains economical.

AWS to Google Cloud migration
To build a new data warehouse for our client, and transfer the company's existing data from AWS, we used a number of Google Cloud based solutions. The Data Warehouse was built in Google BigQuery, and for seamless transfer of data, we took advantage of Google Transfer Service and Cloud Composer with Apache Airflow 2.

Empik loyalty program
Empik needed a complex marketing personalization strategy for loyalty program members, that they were missing at that time, along with a reliable data warehouse for customer, transactional and behavioral data. Four years later, there were over 5 million members of Mój Empik and a long list of automated marketing campaigns.
